Refund Policy

Overview

Netgrid Base Consulting provides professional consulting services, not physical products. This policy explains refund eligibility, cancellation terms, and how deposits are handled.

Deposit and payment structure

Engagements require a 50% deposit before work begins and 50% upon delivery of the final report. All fees are quoted in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD) and paid by bank transfer.

Full refund eligibility

You are entitled to a full refund of amounts paid if:

• We cancel the engagement due to analyst unavailability or internal capacity constraints
• We fail to deliver the agreed deliverables within the contracted timeline plus a 10-business-day grace period, unless the delay is caused by your failure to provide requested materials

Partial refund eligibility

A partial refund may apply when:

• You cancel after signing but before field research begins: deposit refunded minus a NT$5,000 administrative fee
• You cancel after field research has started but before draft delivery: deposit is non-refundable; any amount beyond the deposit already paid is refunded proportionally to incomplete work
• You cancel after receiving the draft report: no refund; you may request completion of the final report by paying the remaining balance

Non-refundable items

The following are non-refundable once incurred:

• Completed field research and site visits
• Third-party data purchases made on your behalf
• Rush delivery surcharges if work has commenced
• Administrative fees for cancellations before research begins

Refund process

Submit refund requests to info@netgridbase.click with your engagement reference number and reason. We acknowledge requests within three business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days to the original bank account.

Cancellation by the client

Written cancellation via email is required. The effective date is the date we confirm receipt of your cancellation notice.

Rescheduling

If you need to postpone an engagement after signing, contact us at least 10 business days before the scheduled field research start. One reschedule per engagement is permitted at no charge if new dates are within 60 days. Additional reschedules incur a NT$3,000 re-planning fee.

No-shows

Missing a scheduled scoping call without 24 hours’ notice may delay your project timeline. Repeated no-shows without rescheduling may result in engagement cancellation with administrative fees applied.

Work already started

Once field research or financial modelling has begun, the deposit covers work completed to that point and is not refundable.

Purchased materials

If we procure third-party reports or data on your behalf with your written approval, those costs are non-refundable regardless of engagement outcome.

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, contact us at info@netgridbase.click. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law and jurisdiction stated in our Terms of Service.
