How we price engagements
Every project is quoted individually after an intake conversation. The figures below are starting points for standard scopes. Complex ventures — multi-floor clinics, venues requiring entertainment licences, or projects spanning multiple cities — are priced on request.

What affects your quote
Trade complexity — A bubble tea kiosk and a dental clinic require different licensing research depth. Clinics and venues serving alcohol typically sit at the upper end of the range.
Number of candidate sites — Comparing three potential leases within one district is standard. Evaluating sites across Kaohsiung and Tainan counts as a multi-city project.
Data you provide — Complete supplier quotes and draft lease terms reduce our research hours and may lower your fee. Starting from a blank page is fine but takes longer.
Presentation meeting — Included for feasibility studies at our Tainan office. On-site presentations elsewhere in Taiwan are charged at NT$5,000 plus travel.
Payment terms
- 50% deposit upon signing the engagement letter
- 50% upon delivery of the final report
- Bank transfer to our company account (details provided with the engagement letter)
- We do not accept credit card payment
What fees do not cover
Government filing fees, third-party survey costs, translation of foreign-language franchise documents, and legal review of lease contracts are billed separately or paid directly by you to the relevant provider.
