How a feasibility study engagement works from first inquiry through final report delivery at Netgrid Base Consulting.
From inquiry to decision-ready report
Every engagement follows the same transparent stages. You always know what happens next and what we need from you.
1. Initial inquiry
You submit a brief through our contact form or email. Include your venture type, proposed district, and approximate opening timeline. We respond within two business days with clarifying questions and a preliminary scope outline.
2. Scoping call
A 45–60 minute phone or video conversation. We confirm trade category, number of candidate sites, data you already hold, and who will read the final report (just you, a bank, partners). No charge for this call.
3. Written proposal
We send an engagement letter specifying deliverables, timeline, fee, payment schedule, and confidentiality terms. You sign and transfer the 50% deposit to begin work.
4. Field research
Our lead analyst visits proposed locations, maps competitors, and gathers licensing requirements. You may be asked to provide lease drafts, supplier quotes, or menu concepts during this phase.
5. Draft review
You receive a draft report for factual verification — correct address spellings, accurate equipment quotes, right staffing assumptions. We incorporate your corrections within three business days.
6. Final delivery
Upon receipt of the remaining 50% payment, we issue the final report as a PDF and printed copy if requested. A presentation meeting at our Tainan office is included for full feasibility studies.
